Otto Birznieks is the champion of the FORMULA EUROPA by Liqui Moly. The dramatic of the last two races at Salzburg were not to beat: It was the championship-leader who had a heavy accident with rolling-over, the pupil has only a broken arm, regarding this hard crash.

Latvia or Austria - Otto Birznieks or Dragomir Vuijic? The FORMULA EUROPA by Liqui Moly is still exiting – also before the final round this weekend. On Saturday and Sunday will be the last two races on the high-speed-track in Salzburg/Austria. Birznieks is still 9 points in front his hunter Dragomir Vuijic in the ranking.

The preview this time is a presentation of the other kind. At one side we put the Exot of the series - Ukrain Valerie Bercha – in the front. And it will be about the most important partner of FORMULA EUROPA – the company Liqui Moly.

It is half-time: Hockenheim was the third station of FORMULA EUROPA by Liqui Moly. „Finitely – my first victory!“ screamed the delivered Otto Birznieks after his first win in Formula Cup Mallorca. The favourite named pupil from Riga showed his high speed in every race until now.
23.02.2007 Formula Cup Mallorca: Shooting-Star from Colombia steps up in Formula BMW.
3 victories, 3 Pole-Position, 2 fastest laps in the first three races: the balance speaks for him. Carlos Gaitan is the confident championship-leader in Formula Cup Mallorca and this not by hazard – “for sure I want to win – why I am here?“ said the 17-years old in an easy way, but he already knows what he want. Carlos Gaitan wants to progress his racing-career in Europe. He don’t know if the wants to race in Europe or in America later on. But he is sure that he will have the better education in Europe.

With a series of 3 victories Carlos Gaitan saves the lead in Formula Cup Mallorca. Not just his both attractive wins of Race 2 and Race 3 – he took on Sunday – brought best fun for the spectators. The 17-years old is a real Sunnyboy and quite likeable with it.
12.02.2007 2. Race-Weekend Formula Cup Mallorca: Colombian Carlos Gaitan takes over the championship-lead with maximum points on Saturday!
Two weeks ago you could really feel his disappointment: Some days travelled the 17-years old Colombian Carlos Gaitan from his home-base Bogota to Mallorca for racing the first Race-Weekend of the Formula Cup Mallorca.
09.02.2007 Second race weekend, new track-version, first favourites.
This weekend will be the second race weekend of the Formula Cup Mallorca. This time the races will be hold on the fast and difficult Short-Track-Version which was completed some weeks ago, and not on the GP-track version. The new fast double-chicane will be a real challenge for the youngsters.

Pedro Mas Manseras wins also the Sunday-race. The race-finish looked like a review of the Saturday-race. Pedro had to resist against the pressure of Jackie in the last laps again. Nevertheless a spoon Jackie Weiss finished second again.

The first victory of the new Formula Cup Mallorca goes to Spain. The victory actually stays at Mallorca: Pedro Mas Mansera is the winner. Pedro who lives in Mallorca wins the first race on Saturday after he saves the second start position in the Qualifying at the morning.

It’s getting started at January 27-28 at Mallorca. The Formula Cup Mallorca will hold the 1.race weekend. Drivers coming from 7 nations have entered for the new series.
Formula Cup Mallorca with testing days, GU-Racing presents the new LEXUS “LS 460”.
From 11.-15 December 2006 the new LEXUS “LS 460“ was presented at the Circuit Mallorca. Over one week the “Toyota Lexus Deutschland GmbH“ invited leading media-agents and TV-stations to present his new high-category car. The instructors of GU-RACING and of the Formula Cup Mallorca as well did the function as representative and they also did the workshops. GU-RACING driver Jens Höing and Team-principal Günther Unterreitmeier were engaged to transfer the new and revolutionary systems of the Japanese car for the TV-stations and for the journalists.

Very important people are looking brilliant on the red carpet – especially at Mallorca. We will see who shows a good performance in the Formula Car at the Formula Cup Mallorca as well. 21.11.2006 Formula Junior as equal car presented
Not just the same conditions for all drivers, also absolutely equal chances. With other words: There is not only the equal car Formula Junior for the Formula Cup Mallorca – there will be the same Set-up for all drivers as well. It is just allowed to change the tyre pressure and the setting of the wings. The Formula Juniors will be prepared with a good basic set-up, so that the drivers could concentrate to learn very fast from the instructors.

The Calendar of the Formula Cup Mallorca is confirmed. The first race-weekend will be hold at the last weekend of January.
30.10.2006 Colin McRae at the Formula Cup Mallorca.
Colin McRae visited the Formula Cup Mallorca last week. Among others Colin was driving with the race-cars from GU-Racing-School Mallorca at the Circuit Mallorca. At that point the building alterations of the racetrack were defined, so that the race weekends of the Formula Cup Mallorca could be hold on different and attractive track layouts. The work on the Circuit Mallorca will be finished at beginning of December. The testing program could continue at this time.

In January 2007 the Formula Cup Mallorca will start the first championship. The company Liqui Moly from Ulm in Germany also takes part in it – as official sponsor and technical partner.

Günther Unterreitmeier, you are team principal of GU-Racing in Formula BMW and also project manager of the Formula Cup Mallorca. What is the aim of the Formula Cup Mallorca?
The basic aim of Formula Cup Mallorca is to offer a cost-effective entry in formula racing for karting drivers who want to step up.
The first championship of the Formula Cup Mallorca will be hold from January to April 2007. The announcement time has been started at September 20th and finishes at October 31st 2006. Not more than 15 cockpits are available, so that the organizer Vision Management S.L. could only ensure the drivers of the first 15 announcements to race in Formula Cup Mallorca.
